Phantasialand, the adventurous theme park and hotel resort in Brühl, Germany, wanted to replace its old OXID eShop with a more scalable digital store that could better support its new strategy. Working with Sylius and implementation partner move:elevator, the team needed an eCommerce solution that could reflect Phantasialand’s magical brand experience while handling complex ticket, voucher, and booking requirements.

Sylius provided a flexible, headless eCommerce platform that allowed move:elevator to build a highly customized online store with immersive design, animations, and video, while keeping the buying process intuitive. Sylius integrated with payment tools like Saferpay and Amazon Pay, ticket and voucher processing systems, fulfillment, reporting, and marketing tools. The new store was delivered in just five months, improved the customer experience, and created a scalable foundation for future digitalization and marketing automation.
