L’Eau Vive, an organic store network, needed to redesign its e-commerce site to strengthen its online presence and deliver a better customer experience. Working with Sylius, it set out to create a more modern, intuitive, and high-performing shopping journey that could handle complex product and store inventory needs.
Sylius delivered a new solution built on the Sylius API and back office, with a React frontend and Docker-based infrastructure for flexibility and scalability. The platform introduced centralized search across products and recipes, recipe-based basket building, and SEO-optimized pages for local stores; results included a drop in bounce rate from 50% to around 20%, conversion rising from 0.30% to 2.2%, and a 20% increase in drive turnover.
