Rapid Flyer, part of the Techniphoto Group and France’s first 100% online printing house, needed a single ecommerce stack to support multiple printing business units and highly customized web2print workflows. Their existing platform, PrestaShop, could not handle the custom checkout, catalog, and product configuration logic required for their business, so they turned to Sylius for a more flexible, Symfony-based solution.

Sylius implemented a headless ecommerce architecture with a custom ERP-connected backend, React/Next.js frontend, and integrations for printing workflows, CMS, payments, and customer service tools. The new platform delivered better performance and stronger business results, including a 15.94% decrease in bounce rate, a 29.66% increase in average time on page, and a 27.75% rise in ecommerce conversion rate, while also improving developer productivity and time to market.
