Kotryna Group, the largest children’s goods retailer in the Baltics, needed to modernize its fast-growing e-commerce operation after a 60% increase in online sales exposed weaknesses in its existing processes. Working with vendor Sylius and partner NFQ, the company faced loyalty, fulfillment, and multi-channel challenges across five separate e-shops and more than 88 physical stores.

Sylius helped Kotryna Group migrate to a flexible multi-channel architecture on its Symfony-based platform, supported by Akeneo PIM for product data management. The new setup enabled one login and cart across brands, channel-specific promotions, improved logistics, and centralized management of 11 e-shop instances, helping reduce administrative costs and scale the business while improving both online and in-store customer experiences.
