Aniye By is an Italian fashion brand known for bold, vintage-inspired designs that sought a mobile-first e-commerce redesign to reach younger customers. Implemented by Webgriffe, the project migrated the site from Magento 1.9 to the Sylius open-source e-commerce framework, leveraging Sylius’ headless approach and test-driven development to support heavy customization and a modern front end.

Using Sylius, Webgriffe built features like “shop by look,” store locator, gift cards and full product videos, and integrated Contentful, ElasticSearch, Mailchimp and PayPal plus a set of Sylius-approved plugins. The Sylius-based solution delivered measurable gains: visits up ~60%, conversion rate up 66%, revenue up ~190% (nearly tripled) within three months, and a 1.5x faster page load.
