P24.BY, one of Belarus’s largest food retailers, faced an outdated web store that couldn’t handle thousands of products, slow reporting, poor search and filtering, and inefficient ordering, invoicing and content management. They moved to the Sylius platform to build a scalable, headless eCommerce solution capable of supporting high data volumes and better site performance.

BitBag implemented Sylius with customizations including Elasticsearch for full‑text filtering, an integrated CMS, ACL role management, a Vue.js SPA using the Sylius headless Shop API, data migration via an Import/Export module, and Google Cloud performance tuning.
