MTA - Customer Case Study

MTA, the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, needed a cohesive enterprise software solution to track and manage its physical assets across bus, rail, bridges, tunnels, and their many components. Sygma Technology helped address this challenge by bringing together software from Infor and Bentley as part of an enterprise asset management (EAM) approach.

Sygma Technology integrated these systems programmatically to give MTA a more complete enterprise view of its assets, improving record keeping, risk mitigation, safety, reliability, and visibility. The solution was designed to reduce costs and rider delays while supporting better service for MTA’s 8.6 million daily subway, bus, and rail passengers across the 2.73 billion annual trips in the NYC metro area.
