Virginia Community College System (VCCS) worked with SyCom Technologies to address outdated messaging systems spread across a mix of separate solutions and versions, all while facing growing demand and tighter budgets. The organization needed a more modern, reliable, and secure platform for its 23 colleges across 40 campuses in Virginia.

SyCom Technologies helped VCCS migrate most of its colleges to Microsoft Office 365 / EM+S, including Exchange Online, Exchange Archiving and In-Place Hold, Azure Information Protection, Office 365 Message Encryption, Azure AD Premium, Password Self-Service, Skype for Business, and OneDrive for Business. The move increased storage for users, reduced VCCS’s datacenter footprint, improved collaboration, and expanded access to data across more devices.
