A SWTCH Case Study
Aspire Post Oak, a luxury rental building in Houston, wanted to install EV charging stations to attract and retain tenants and support its sustainable operations. Its initial Tesla chargers were popular but excluded residents with other electric vehicles. To meet this growing need and gain a competitive edge, the property sought a universal charging solution and partnered with SWTCH.
SWTCH provided and installed six universal EV charging stations, which immediately saw constant use. This solution not only satisfied existing residents but also became a key amenity for attracting new ones; Aspire Post Oak successfully won back prospective tenants who had previously leased elsewhere due to the lack of charging. The SWTCH implementation helped the property differentiate itself, future-proof its amenities, and maintain high occupancy rates by appealing to high-value, eco-conscious tenants.
