The Onni Group, a real estate developer, sought to incorporate electric vehicle charging across its diverse property portfolio to position itself as a leader in sustainability. To meet this challenge, Onni partnered with vendor SWTCH and its turnkey EV charging solutions provider, CapEV.

SWTCH provided a comprehensive hardware and software solution, including its SWTCH Control for load management and the SWTCH OS web portal for monitoring. The results were immediately positive; at the Onni East Village property, the 30 chargers were so popular they created a waitlist and became a key factor in attracting and retaining residents. The stations achieved over 98.4% uptime, and the scalable solution has grown to over 200 chargers across 35 properties, securing Onni's competitive advantage for the future.
