Sellafield Ltd Adopts Active Risk Manager (ARM) for Enterprise Risk Management

Sellafield Ltd, responsible for decommissioning, reprocessing, and nuclear waste management at the Sellafield site, needed a better way to manage the many risks and interdependencies across its complex operations. Sword GRC implemented ARM as a central repository for risk information across all site operations, from strategic risks to day-to-day tasks and infrastructure. The solution improved visibility and consistency, enabled 15 scoring schemes, tracked named risk owners and response dates, and supported reporting through Risk Performance Manager; Sellafield Ltd also reported easier monthly status reporting and total visibility of business risks, with over half of risk practitioners already trained on the new reporting tool.
