Eskom Launch Sword Achiever Enterprise Wide Quality Management System to Ensure Sustainable Quality Improvement

Eskom, a major South African electricity provider, sought a comprehensive solution to automate and control its quality management system (QMS) across its entire organization. The challenge was to ensure sustainable quality improvement, enhance visibility and transparency, and manage key operational activities consistently across all projects, both locally and worldwide.
