A Sword GRC Case Study
Carr’s Group, an international industrial services company with operations in agriculture and engineering, needed to replace spreadsheets and email-based risk tracking with a better enterprise risk management approach. As a public company, it faced the challenge of managing operational and compliance risk more efficiently, while improving reporting, version control, and visibility for the Board. Sword GRC’s Active Risk Manager (ARM) was evaluated as the potential solution.
Sword GRC implemented ARM to centralize risk data and provide dashboards, heat maps, and live reporting across the business. The result was stronger Board reporting and better engagement, faster and more productive quarterly risk meetings, and a more efficient group-wide risk process. ARM also automated consolidation of divisional risk scores into corporate risk scores, helping Carr’s Group save time and improve accuracy across its enterprise risk management program.
