Case Study: BT Group achieves enterprise-wide risk management with Sword GRC

A Sword GRC Case Study

Preview of the BT Group Case Study

BT Group plc manages enterprise wide risk using Active Risk Manager

BT Group, a British multinational telecommunications company operating in around 170 countries, needed a consistent way to manage enterprise-wide risk across its many business units and contracts. To support this challenge, BT Group worked with Sword GRC and used Active Risk Manager (ARM) to move from fragmented risk practices toward a common enterprise risk management framework.

Sword GRC implemented ARM as BT Group’s standard risk platform, with guidance, training, common templates, and flexible record types tailored to different teams. The result was a single repository for organizational risk, better aggregation and reporting across the business, wider user adoption through ARM Lite, and stronger support for governance, compliance, and contract obligations.
