Unify Square, Inc., a Bellevue-based cloud software and services provider behind the PowerSuite collaboration monitoring platform, needed a way to manage accounting across offices in multiple countries and currencies. With operations in seven countries across three continents, the company faced the challenge of consolidating local financials while maintaining compliance with regional regulations and producing accurate U.S.-based reporting.

SWK Technologies Inc implemented Acumatica in a multi-tenant public cloud setup, including a separate Consolidation tenant to map general ledger accounts and combine results across locations. Using Acumatica’s native multi-currency and localization features, SWK Technologies Inc streamlined reporting, reduced consolidation work from several days of manual reconciliation to just a few minutes, and helped Unify Square go live successfully on time and on budget.
