Cloud Software Helps Health Products Distributor Go Global And Manage Growth

Youngevity, a health products distributor based in Chula Vista, CA, needed a better way to manage rapid growth across a global member network. With 400 products, thousands of daily orders, six warehouses, and more than 100,000 customers, the company wanted to replace QuickBooks and an Access database with a more reliable integrated system for accounting, inventory, sales orders, multiple currencies, and worldwide operations. SWK Technologies Inc implemented Acumatica Cloud ERP to connect Youngevity’s Genealogy System with integrated accounting, inventory, and order processing. The new cloud-based platform improved order handling enough to save the equivalent of a full-time data processing employee, supported more than 4,500 orders per day, and enabled multi-currency global expansion into the Philippines and additional international markets.
