A Swivl Case Study
ASaP (Access, Support and Participation), an Alberta program supporting early childhood educators (ages 0–6) in inclusive, Pyramid Model–based SEL practices, faced the challenge of scaling one-on-one coaching into rural regions while reducing drive time and maintaining high-quality, in-class feedback. To address this, ASaP selected Swivl Teams + Robot as a hands-free solution that tracks educators, captures clear audio, and enables the kind of real-time evidence-based conversations central to their work.
Using Swivl Teams + Robot, ASaP built video-based workflows—time-stamped comments, reciprocal modeling, coach self-reflection, virtual check-ins, and structured onboarding for coaches and educators—to deepen professional learning and goal-setting. The program logged measurable engagement (863 comments, 280 videos uploaded, 209 videos shared), strengthened relationships across Alberta, reduced travel burdens, and made remote coaching feel local, demonstrating clear impact from Swivl’s tools.
