Aeroméxico’s Club Premier, the airline’s coalition loyalty program with 3.5 million members, needed to move a completely offline flight redemption channel online. The solution launched in just over five months, avoided custom development and GDS fees, cut call-center times by 15–30%, and expanded redemption options and customer satisfaction.
