Switchbox implemented a scalable and secure custom platform hosted in the state's data center, engineered to support over 50,000 concurrent searches. The solution featured a user-friendly interface that translated dense financial records into easily searchable content. As a result, Ohio's transparency portal catapulted the state from #46 to #1 in the national ranking, improved its transparency grade from a D- to an A+, and won the Ohio Interactive Awards Game Changer honor.
