True Corporation showcases AutoStore robotics at ICONSIAM with Swisslog across 2,033 sqm

The customer, True Corporation, a leading digital infrastructure company in Thailand, aimed to create an innovative flagship store to showcase sophisticated technology. To achieve this, they partnered with vendor Swisslog Holding to implement the AutoStore robotic storage and order processing solution to provide a unique and efficient customer experience.

Swisslog implemented a high-density AutoStore grid system with three robots that pick products from 500 bins, all intelligently managed by Swisslog’s SynQ warehouse management software. This solution allowed customers at the ICONSIAM mall to view the automation firsthand, eliminating the need for operators to walk and creating an inspirational retail environment. The project marked the first AutoStore installation in a Thai shopping mall.
