Swisslog implemented a highly complex and integrated multi-channel automation system for Hama. The solution included automated high-bay pallet warehouses, a shuttle warehouse, and a mini-load crane system for a shipping buffer, which streamlined the packing and palletizing process. This allowed Hama to ship over 7,000 packages per day, increasing to 10,000 during peak times, ensuring smooth material flow and maximum operational flexibility.
