Swisslog Holding implemented a turnkey solution centered on its semiautomated CaddyPick system plus Swisslog WarehouseManager and material‑flow control, building a 160×90×40 m high‑bay facility with ~111,000 pallet locations, 120 CaddyPick vehicles (plus 35 replenishment vehicles) and multi‑level picking. The installation moves ~5,100 pallets per day, supports ~90,000 picks across three shifts and ships about 5,000 pallets to stores daily; Swisslog reports up to a 40% picking performance increase, integrated weight checks for error reduction, and scalable capacity (expandable up to ~220,000 pallet locations).
