Europris, Norway's leading discount retail chain, faced the challenge of consolidating its operations from six separate warehouses into a single efficient logistics center. To meet this goal, they selected Swisslog as their partner to implement an automated solution for their new central warehouse in Moss.

Swisslog implemented its automation in three phases, which included an automated pallet warehouse with Vectura cranes and a CycloneCarrier shuttle system for light goods picking. The solution has been operating successfully, with Europris reporting a fivefold increase in picking efficiency compared to traditional manual methods.
