Swiss Post Solutions implemented a digital mailroom solution that digitized all incoming mail and progressively large stores of archived files, with mail processed at its Document Processing Centre in Salford Quays and delivered electronically to users via a hosted platform. The Co-operative Group now processes 2 million mail items per year, has achieved a 54% reduction in on-site storage in the first 18 months, and provides 24/7 access to information, helping deliver operational efficiency and seven-figure savings.
