proService GmbH, part of a group of 6,700 employees in the social sector, needed to modernize decentralized HR administration across different facilities while keeping processes flexible. Working with Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), the company set out to digitize payroll, contracts, forms, certifications, and archiving to reduce paper, errors, and postal delays, while ensuring legally compliant handling of sensitive employee data.

Swiss Post Solutions implemented the proService personnel platform, including the personnel portal, electronic personnel file, and EasyOffice for process and document management. The solution standardized and automated HR workflows, enabled anytime access for around 400 users, and improved contract creation and document management. As a result, proService achieved 99% system availability, legally compliant HR archiving, and contract creation that is up to 2.5 days faster.
