Deutsche Bahn, the global mobility and logistics company, wanted to modernize the delivery of monthly HR documents such as payslips and travel expense statements while giving employees the choice between printed mail and secure digital delivery. The challenge was to keep the process compliant, confidential, and convenient without disrupting existing IT systems.

Swiss Post Solutions implemented an omni-channel portal solution with an IncaMail secure email module, allowing employees to opt in to receive documents at a private email address or continue by post. The solution encrypted all attachments and avoided temporary storage on servers, delivering faster document access, lower printing and postage costs, no need for IT integration changes, and growing employee adoption at 10% per month.
