BP Europa SE, part of BP’s German operations, needed to move to a global Workday-based HR platform while still handling country-specific requirements such as payroll accounting and time management. Swiss Post Solutions (SPS) stepped in with its Payroll Factory application service to support the outsourcing of these local HR processes.

Swiss Post Solutions implemented the time management and payroll integration, mapped BP’s configuration and workflows, migrated data, and took over operations in August 2018. The result was a smooth rollout on schedule, seamless processes across system borders, compliant handling of German legal requirements, and integrated HR services for about 4,600 employees, including ESS, travel expenses, and direct access to timesheets and payslips.
