Air Transat goes live with Swiss AviationSoftware in 10 months across all stations

Air Transat, a Canadian holiday travel airline, faced challenges with its outdated maintenance software that lacked planning and engineering solutions and could not keep pace with industry changes. They sought a fully integrated MRO system and, after a thorough evaluation, selected the AMOS software from Swiss AviationSoftware (Swiss-AS).

Swiss-AS implemented the AMOS system across all of Air Transat's stations within ten months. The solution streamlined internal processes, improved data quality by shifting data entry to mechanics, and led to productivity efficiencies and cost reductions. The airline now has 300 users on the system and has greatly simplified its IT architecture. Swiss-AS also extended its support hours to accommodate the Canadian time zone.
