With SwipeGuide, HEINEKEN rolled out mobile, step-by-step instructions and standard work across 138 breweries, improving onboarding, first-time-right performance, and knowledge sharing in 52 languages. The results included a 50% reduction in training and onboarding time, a 67% reduction in batch recalls, and $5 million per month saved on asset care costs, along with 79,000+ instructions and 150,000 monthly views.
