Immanuel Communities, an Omaha-based assisted living provider with 1,500 staff, needed to replace paper visitor books to gain full visibility of who was on-site, improve evacuation management and rapidly enable contact tracing and resident/staff safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. To meet these challenges they chose SwipedOn’s visitor management solution.
SwipedOn was rolled out across 12 Immanuel Communities locations, delivering easy visitor sign-in, ID badge printing, employee in/out tracking, an evacuation management system and a COVID-19 questionnaire. The solution gave Immanuel Communities real-time oversight of staff, residents and visitors, made it simple to identify unregistered entrants, strengthened contact tracing and improved overall safety while remaining low-cost and easy to set up and use.
