Arrival, a UK-based electric vehicle maker, needed to replace paper visitor books with a fast, simple system that encouraged sign-ins, notified hosts, and met fire-safety requirements. Since 2016 Arrival has used SwipedOn’s workplace management system across five locations to manage 2,000 employees and numerous daily visitors, and later required contactless options when COVID-19 hit.

SwipedOn provided a linked multi-site solution (including features like easy visitor sign-in, email notifications, evacuation mode, SwipedOn Pocket and secure QR code contactless sign-in) that streamlined reception areas, enabled rapid headcounts during an evacuation, and supported contact tracing and safe guest visits through the pandemic. As a result, Arrival achieved consistent self sign-in at all sites, quick emergency roll-calls, and maintained operations while managing 2,000 staff across five locations using SwipedOn.
