Von Roll, a Swiss industrial company specializing in electrical insulation and composites, faced the challenge of completing its exit from the Lotus Notes platform. SWING Software's solution enabled Von Roll to export numerous databases with different designs into a central Microsoft SharePoint storage while preserving the original look and feel of each application. The deployment was straightforward and supported by SWING's responsive team. As a result, Von Roll successfully migrated active applications to new SharePoint forms and converted retired applications into web archives, allowing users to access the data with a familiar interface and finally enabling the sunset of all Lotus Notes servers.
