The company wanted a desktop-based conversion approach with centralized configuration and fast deployment, and turned to SWING Software’s Integrator for Notes.

SWING Software implemented SWING Integrator, selected over IntelliPrintPLUS and PDF775, and deployed it to 200 users with plans to integrate it into 12+ Lotus Notes Domino applications. The solution now supports 15,000+ documents a year and has improved the quality and responsiveness of document-based processes, along with the customer experience.
