Indriya helped a large global chemical company reduce its Lotus Notes footprint and licensing costs by archiving around 100 databases. The project needed to move quickly and cost-effectively, so Indriya evaluated several options before choosing SWING Software’s Seascape for Notes.

Using SWING Software’s Seascape for Notes, Indriya exported the Lotus Notes applications to a web-based archive and wrapped them in a custom .NET web app with improved search and user management. The solution preserved the original look and feel in a browser, achieved strong user acceptance, and created archives of about 120 GB and 1.8 million documents for roughly 400 users, with attachments preserved and metadata saved for future migration flexibility.
