Wunderpen, a Berlin-based company digitizing handwritten cards and letters for B2B and DTC, partnered with Swell to replace a manual, sales-led ordering process. Before the new storefront, orders were handled by multiple teams through inefficient back-and-forth between sales and production, which increased costs and created room for errors.

Using Swell, Deltologic built a custom ecommerce storefront that lets customers browse products, enter order details, and submit orders online while connecting directly to Wunderpen’s sales system and ERP. Swell also enabled customer groups, Stripe checkout, and automated invoicing, and the new workflow is estimated to be about 10x faster than the previous manual process while removing human error.
