Mencap, a UK charity, needed to provide a more accessible and controlled online donation experience for its supporters. Their existing forms limited design control and involved moving users between domains, which disrupted the journey. Sweet Potato Tec was engaged to design a new integration.

Sweet Potato Tec implemented a solution where donation forms were built in Drupal to meet high accessibility standards, while FinDock handled payment orchestration with Stripe and GoCardless, and all data was cleanly passed to Salesforce. This gave Mencap a more inclusive and confident donor experience, cleaner fundraising data, and less manual reconciliation work.
