How Circet measures its GHG footprint from Scope 1 to 3 and collects ESG data with Sweep and Axionable

Circet, a major European network service provider in telecoms and energy infrastructure, sought to measure and manage its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across its extensive international operations. Their challenge was to structure, automate, and centralize the collection of their carbon footprint data from Scope 1 to Scope 3 to meet stakeholder expectations and provide detailed insights for each client.

With support from Axionable, Circet implemented Sweep's sustainability platform, specifically its Carbon and Supply Chain modules. Using Sweep allowed Circet to consolidate its 2023 carbon footprint, automate emission factor allocation for procurement data, and centralize carbon information across nine countries. This provided a comprehensive and reliable view of their emissions, enabling optimized decarbonization strategies and full engagement of internal stakeholders like the Purchases department.
