ADEO, a major European home improvement and DIY retailer, faced the challenge of industrializing its ESG data management to meet ambitious internal goals and prepare for the extensive reporting requirements of the EU’s CSRD regulation. The company needed a software solution to handle over 1,200 data points and empower collaboration across its global operations. To address this, ADEO partnered with the vendor Sweep and its consultancy partner Axionable.

Sweep and Axionable configured over 120 sustainability indicators for ADEO and imported substantial historical data sets into the platform. The solution provided the company with specially-configured dashboards and reports, making ESG performance data accessible across the entire organization. This enables ADEO to manage its ESG performance with the same rigor as its financial metrics, turning compliance into actionable insights for building a resilient and forward-looking business.
