ComfortDelGro - Customer Case Study

ComfortDelGro, one of the largest land transport companies, faced the challenge of providing affordable and sustainable first-and-last-mile connectivity to new Metro stations in North West Sydney for its Hillsbus MetroConnect service. The lack of connecting services was a barrier for commuters, and the goal was to minimize car usage and reduce emissions in line with government objectives.

SWAT Mobility implemented its On Demand product, providing a white-labeled app and technology to power the Hillsbus MetroConnect service. The solution significantly improved accessibility with many more pick-up stops, achieved an exceptional 4.96/5 rider rating, and enabled extremely affordable fares. The service resulted in a fivefold increase in ridership, and a survey showed it was essential for 1 in 20 users to complete their trips to work or school.
