How Fleming partnered with Swan to launch banking accounts and cards for medical professionals 75% faster than expected

Fleming is a German fintech focused on banking and financing for medical professionals. The company wanted to modernize a niche long dominated by a traditional incumbent by offering doctors and other healthcare professionals a faster, more convenient digital banking experience, including loans and later accounts and cards.

To do this, Fleming partnered with Swan to launch embedded business accounts and debit cards alongside its lending and advisory services. Using Swan’s open source UI code and compliance support, Fleming built a custom interface with tax-reporting features and brought the product live much faster than expected, reaching launch in about six months instead of the typical year-plus timeline. Swan helped Fleming create a more complete digital banking offering tailored to its customers’ needs and position itself more competitively in the market.
