University of Delaware, home of the Blue Hens, needed a better way to manage onboarding swag for new employees. Their existing “swag closet” approach was inefficient, hard to track, and often failed to make a strong impression at orientation. They wanted a more meaningful, organized, and cost-conscious swag experience, and turned to SwagUp for help with branded onboarding kits.
SwagUp provided a thoughtful sample box, high-quality branded items, and a simple process to create, package, and distribute swag in one ready-to-hand-out box. After adopting SwagUp, University of Delaware streamlined orientation logistics, eliminated the need to hand-count loose items, and created swag that employees were excited to receive and use. The program caught on across campus, with other employees and units asking how they could get involved, and SwagUp’s responsive communication helped make the project a success.
