A Swag.com Case Study
Headgum, a podcast network, launched a new technology platform called Gumball to connect advertisers with content creators. Their challenge was to build the Gumball brand as an independent, artist-first marketplace and to find a meaningful way to show appreciation for their top clients at the end of their first successful year. They partnered with the vendor Swag.com to accomplish this.
Swag.com provided a solution using their Maple mugs and distribution platform. Gumball sent over 50 customized mugs with a personalized note to their top clients across the US. The swag was a major hit with recipients, successfully fostering stronger relationships. As a direct result, Gumball decided to make branded gift-giving an ongoing part of their client management strategy.
