TasWater modernizes field work with Svitla Systems and triples end-user engagement

TasWater, Tasmania's water and sewage utility, faced significant challenges with a legacy field worker app that suffered from poor data reliability, low connectivity, and a difficult user experience. This compromised the integrity of their Enterprise Asset Management System. Svitla Systems addressed this by leveraging the OutSystems platform to modernize the application.

Svitla Systems delivered the H2GO mobile app for iPad, completely redesigned for the field worker with optimized data capture and reliable online/offline functionality. The solution streamlined work order management, digitized paper-based safety processes, and dramatically improved data accuracy. The project was awarded 'Best Project' at the TasICT Excellence Awards 2020 and provided TasWater with a foundation for their broader Mobility Program.
