Monson, an experienced Australian global shipping specialist, faced challenges with an aging and unscalable legacy SaaS system that hindered its competitive advantage. Svitla Systems was engaged to address this need.

Svitla Systems developed a fully custom-built shipping application on the OutSystems low-code platform. The resulting solution, named MB2, streamlined operations with an intelligent rules engine and automated document generation. The measurable impact was significant, with port operations staff saving approximately two hours per day per user, potentially equating to 140 hours of productivity daily across all sites. For this work, Svitla Systems received the 2022 OutSystems Innovation Award.
