Svitla Systems developed The Field, a job platform designed to be fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines and optimized for screen readers and assistive devices. The solution successfully simplified the inclusive employment process for both candidates and employers. For its revolutionary work on this project, Svitla won the CRN Australia Impact Award for Customer Experience in 2023.
