Centrepoint Alliance, a leading financial adviser network, faced challenges in keeping its community of advisers informed and supported amidst new regulations following the Royal Commission. They needed a more accessible way to consolidate and deliver important compliance, education, and training resources. They engaged Svitla Systems for a solution.

Svitla Systems proposed and built the 'Virtual Front Door,' a portal developed using the Umbraco platform. This solution integrated data from various points like Salesforce to create an intuitive, easy-to-use interface for advisers. Reception was resoundingly positive, leading to a full launch and a second phase to enhance functionality. The project's success also prompted Centrepoint Alliance to commission Svitla to develop a new extranet.
