The customer, Statline, a leader in technology solutions for organ and tissue donation, needed a comprehensive system to manage the entire transplantation process. Their challenges included establishing efficient information processing from call centers, implementing a unified authentication system, and decreasing maintenance costs. They partnered with vendor Svitla Systems, Inc. to develop this donation management system.

Svitla Systems developed a solution using AngularJS and C# .NET, migrating the system to Azure Cloud. They incorporated OAuth for security, leveraged third-party APIs for call data, and created modern user interfaces. The results delivered by Svitla Systems included a fully functional management system, enhanced audio search and storage, improved cybersecurity, and reduced monthly infrastructure expenses.
