ChapStick partnered with Suzy to co-create a brand new product and validate early concepts. The challenge was to quickly test ideas with a highly specific audience of 300 multicultural millennial women who use ChapStick at least once a day.
Using Suzy’s concept testing and validation capabilities, ChapStick moved from launch to completion in just 72 hours. The concepts developed scored in the top 10% of all BASES tests in the category over the last 10 years, demonstrating strong market potential and a highly effective research process from Suzy.
