Rinnai America Corporation, a Peachtree City–based subsidiary of Japan’s Rinnai Corporation, manufactures gas appliances and is the leading tankless water heater brand in North America. With a largely paper- and spreadsheet-driven expense process, Rinnai faced limited T&E visibility, frequent errors, long reimbursement delays, high shipping costs and heavy manual workload for its accounting team—processes that could take weeks and consume up to two business days per month of accounting time.

Rinnai implemented SutiExpense to replace paper receipts and spreadsheets with a mobile- and desktop-enabled workflow, eliminating corporate cards in favor of employee card submissions, receipt attachments and automated ACH reimbursements.
