Henry Brothers Ltd, a leading UK main contractor, needed a way to track and report sustainability performance on Loughborough University’s Pavilion 4 extension, a Passivhaus Classic project aligned with the university’s Net Zero Carbon 2030 goals. The company wanted to capture carbon, waste, water, biodiversity, social value, and supplier transport emissions accurately at source, and SustainIQ was used to support this real-time ESG and environmental reporting.

SustainIQ gave Henry Brothers Ltd a single platform to monitor Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, waste, social value, supplier accreditations, and compliance data throughout the project.
